Epomaker unveiled an upgraded version of its TH80 Pro mechanical keyboard called TH80 Pro V2 VIA. The old-looking new device is a 75% compact mechanical gaming keyboard with a customizable 1.14-inch RGB screen and a retro-themed design.

With its 79-key layout, the TH80 Pro V2 VIA saves desktop space while retaining the functionality of a full-sized keyboard. But the standout feature is the customizable RGB screen, which adds a new dimension of interaction and personalization. Users can display keyboard stats, system information, personalized logos or animations on the screen using the Image Tool.

Compatible with VIA, the keyboard allows users to create macros, remap keys and save key changes in different layers that can be switched using simple shortcuts.

The keyboard is available in two color schemes: retro white and silver black. The white version features cherry-profile PBT keycaps made using a dye-subbed technique for durability and color accuracy.

Works with 3-pin and 5-pin switches

Epomaker incorporated a gasket-mounted design with a hot-swappable PCB socket that supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches. That lets users swap out switches for different typing experiences. The Epomaker TH80 Pro V2 VIA mechanical keyboard also features an ABS plastic case, making it lightweight and portable.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz wireless and a wired USB-C cable connection. The wireless modes allow for connecting up to three devices via Bluetooth and one device via 2.4GHz simultaneously, with easy switching between devices. The Type-C cable connection ensures a stable and reliable wired connection while also charging the keyboard’s 3000mAh battery.

You can buy Epomaker TH80 Pro V2 VIA on the company’s website or Amazon for $99.99, with five switch options available. A 15% off coupon is available at Amazon.
